If your REM Gemini isn't right for you, return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The camera should be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.

To start a return, email hello@sortd.shop with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label and refund within 5–7 business days of receiving the camera.

Thermal paper rolls are non-returnable once opened.
